Quality is paramount at the Sandhouse Hotel and is often the deciding factor in all aspects of the operations of the Sandhouse Hotel. The Hotel employs serveral independent quality assessors to measure and maintain everey aspect of quality in the hotel. This includes the AA, EIQA, TAMS as well as the statutory agencies.

AA 3 Red Star Inspectors Choice
The AA Inspectors' Choice Awards are announced annually and recognise the very best hotels in Britain and Ireland. They are selected from each of the star rating levels for their consistently outstanding levels of quality, comfort, cleanliness, cuisine and customer care.
Failte Ireland/TAMS
The Sandhouse Hotel is graded as a Four Star Failte Ireland hotel with a merit score of 75% based on the additional facilities at the hotel.
Hygiene Mark
We are the only hotel in the North West to be awarded the Hygiene Mark as recognition of the exemplary high levels of hygiene throughout the entire hotel. We have been shortlisted for the overall National Hygiene Award winner for the past three consecutive years.
